quod duce te mundus surrexit in astra triumphans
hanc Constantinus victor tibi condidit aulam

Liverani (ad loc. cit., followed by Gem) interprets mundus as noun, while Carletti (ad loc. cit.) infers that it is an adjective referring to "Constantinus victor" (Vilella). The official attribute "victor" is assigned to Constantine only after the defeat of Licinius in 324 (Felle).
